Excellent, well-crafted, groovy little music video from A Fine Frenzy. It does everything that a music video should do, it is engaging and gives you time to sink in and dig the song. The things I really like here are the production value and the creativity that turn what is essentially a white-cyc job into a very compelling piece of film.
The video is artistic, fun and really cute. Ali is a strong performer and her look and stage presence are naturally the real story here, but she is framed quite well by the vid. There is a retro sensibility that pays homage to vintage MTV videos of the 80's... a little bit of creative "comfort food". Well done. (
